Book covers

Modern book covers are trending towards a more minimalist and clean look, following suit to the rest of the world. Yet, when I imagine and design a book cover, I love to create texture, space, and most importantly, beautiful colours. While of course what truly matters is on the inside, a meaningful and attractive cover can truly set a book apart from others. All of my cover designs are digitally oil painted, then touched up in Illustrator and Photoshop. Inspiration was taken from the original covers, as well as messages each author communicates. Enjoy!
